Fact! All the weight of the shutters is held by the wheels on the top track, the bottom track is just a guide and does not hold any of the weight at all. Therefore, we repair the wheels to allow the shutters to function properly.

Repair Services

Shutters overtime become difficult to open/close due to lack of maintenance or the use of WD-40 (the worst spray to use on shutters). Sometimes shutters are not functioning correctly and we will need to replace some parts to get it in working condition.

REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
We will replace defective wheels, tracks, locks, locking pins, and thumbscrews.
WE REMOVE THE OLD PAINT FROM THE SHUTTERS AND RE-PAINT
Over the years of sun exposure and/or salt corrosion, the shutters paint starts to peel off and looks hideous. We remove the old paint and re-paint the shutters with a marine based paint using a CAPSPRAY Turbine System, to leave a beautiful finish.

ROLL-DOWN SHUTTERS

There are 3 kinds of roll downs (electrical, manual, and both).

Electrical roll downs function with a motor installed inside the box and are operated by remote control or electrical wall switch.
